Very uncooperative non-responsive and I feel that they just don’t care about their customers
I bought a pair of sandals from this brand and on the right side and the heel is a metal plate made into the shoe I’d worn this year a few times. I didn't think it was a big deal but I don't have a lot of feeling in my feet anyway, so I didn't notice the metal plate until my foot was completely swollen and now I have permanent nerve damage.
I have hospital data to back this up as well as the shoes themselves.
I feel like a lawsuit should be in order unless something can be done. I haven’t been able to walk on my foot for over a week and a half now and the pain is unbearable.

They haven't contacted me and its like trying to get into Fort Knox, lots of hoops to jump through just to get help. I will not ever buy anything from this company I just needed a gift fixed.
I received a Nicole Miller lamp warmer from a dear friend. When I opened it the base was broken in a corner.
Can someone or anyone contact me about this product. My friend and myself are upset about this.

Trying to pair my NM ear buds but buds are charged per the charger stating 100%. But the buds do not light up and perhaps thats why it wont work???

Don’t answer phones Text wrong info ship wrong item and they dont ship what you ordered.ppacjing slip says one thing and what you get in your shipment don’t match…..
Send me what I ordered and paid for, which they know they didn't. They only sent me one item when I purchased two.
Below, I have provided the order details along with a copy of the packing slip, which shows only one item. The only item I received was a handbag.

Nothing happened. I want to know if you offer different sizes in the wool rug I found. I saw a beautiful 8'x10' area rug at Home Goods store, and copied the numbers and wanted to ask if the rug comes in a smaller size.

Base is broken
It was a gift from a friend and the granite/marble base is broken!! I would like it replaced if possible.
I have tried getting an answer for days and no one will give me a straight answer!

I bought a luggage set back in April. I finally used it on my trip and the wheel broke.
It came entirely off. There's no way that should have happened on a brand new set of luggage.
